Let's Talk Energy presents Switch, the movie

OTTAWA, October 29 2012 – Winner of many prestigious awards at many prominent film festivals, Dr. Scott Tinker's engaging and thought-provoking film, Switch, is coming to Ottawa.
The movie explores our energy future by surveying some of the world's most important energy sites of all types around the world, from oil to solar, coal to biofuels, and by interviewing some of the world's leading experts on energy questions, from corporate executives to environmentalists, academics, and government officials. It has been praised for providing a wide-ranging, balanced overview of one of the major global issues of our day.
The free screening is made possible by Let's Talk Energy, an initiative of the Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation (CSTMC), and presented by the Canada Science and Technology Museum (CSTM), Ottawa University's Sustainable Prosperity, Carleton University's Sustainable Energy Research Centre and Arcos Films.A moderated discussion will take place after the screening.
